How to use TEQ Line Configurator

Everything now loads automatically from your local configurator folder — no downloading the Excel file, no downloading STL files, and no folder-permission prompts. Start it once with the launcher below, then just pick a model and click Open Design.

Recommended setup

Keep Start Configurator.bat, start-server.ps1, index.html, help.html, TEQ LINE CONFIGRATOR.csv and the STL files folder together in the same folder — that's already how they're set up. Nothing needs to be moved or renamed.

1Double-click Start Configurator

In the configurator folder, double-click Start Configurator.bat. A small window opens (keep it running in the background) and your browser opens the configurator automatically — already loaded.

2It loads on its own

No Connect Folder button, no permission prompt to click through. The page reads TEQ LINE CONFIGRATOR.csv and the STL files folder the moment it opens, every time, because the launcher serves the folder to the browser directly.

3Select a base model and filters

Choose T24, T26, or T28. Then use the component filters. Joystick type, pedal type, and internal production fields are hidden by design.

4Open Design — right in the page

Click Open Design on a matching configuration. The 3D viewer opens on top of this page and loads the matching STL straight from the STL files folder — nothing to download.

5Common checks

  • If no data appears, make sure you opened the page via Start Configurator.bat, not by double-clicking index.html directly — the page will tell you which one it detects.
  • If no data appears, click Reload Data to re-read the CSV.
  • If a 3D view says the STL wasn't found, confirm the file is still in the STL files folder — files are matched by Ref. No, e.g. Ref. No 8861TX-008861.stl.
  • If that still fails, use Choose STL file… inside the viewer to pick the file manually, or Open on SharePoint if you have access.
  • Closing the "Start Configurator" window stops the local server — the page will stop loading new data until you start it again.
Tip: If the CSV is updated (e.g. synced from SharePoint into this folder), just click Reload Data — no restart needed.
